THRIFTY X POWERED BY HEALING SNAP PRESENTS: HEALING CIRCLE

(A Safe Space to Grow and Embrace Self-Improvement)

The Healing Circle event begins by blindfolding everyone to eliminate distractions and create a sense of equality and openness. Participants are then asked to stand straight and take a moment to breathe deeply—inhale, exhale—focusing on the present moment and leaving all external tensions behind. This is a space designed for growth, connection, and self-awareness. We remind participants that this is a judgment-free zone, where the goal is to be open, make new friends, and engage in meaningful connections. A mindset of acceptance and positivity is encouraged throughout the event.

The next part of the experience involves interactive questions to prompt reflection and engagement. Each person will answer three questions, stepping forward or backward based on how they feel. Following this, participants will engage in blindfolded conversations, allowing deeper connections to form. The event continues with circle introductions, but with a twist—no names, locations, or occupations are shared. Instead, each person expresses three personal and spontaneous things about themselves, such as, “I love playing chess. I have a deep passion for food. I can’t stand people who lack empathy.” These should be shared quickly and with energy, focusing on genuine expression. Finally, the event features the “Pass the Word” exercise, where one word is passed around the circle three times, promoting active listening and attentiveness while giving each participant a chance to express a single thought or feeling with just one word. The Healing Circle is all about authentic connection, openness, and shared growth, where there are no labels—just people being present, vulnerable, and embracing the beauty of self-improvement.
