Here begins a journey beyond the THRESHOLD of what has been and into what will be.

We heed the call and choose this knowing within.
We are moved over the threshold, into the surf.
We are churned, rolled, tumbled - polished smooth

clear, release, express
wild, sensuous, free
let the movement have its way
high tide : all out

We recede into the whisper of inward, downward.
We are still, resting back in the open waters.
We are light-filled, fluid beings - buoyant and deep.

be still and know
silent, whole, thee
let the stillness settle and abide
low tide : all in

Immerse yourself : every drop knows the tide.

In this 4 - hour mini retreat, we will experience the meeting place through Movo:Dance and downtempo : biodynamic group session. This combination of movement and stillness invites us to explore what is here to be remembered in us, deepening into layers of being that ask of us only our full presence. With an experienced guide and a practiced partner, you will move and then be still.
