The perfect way to spend a Sunday. We'll be starting off with a flowing yoga class to ease you into the zone of relaxation. There will then be time to spend in our gardens and the hot tub, while each person receives a holistic massage from Sarah or Sam. We'll reconvene for a restorative sound bath so that you can float home in a truly rejuvenated state.
Included: coffee/tea on arrival, vegan lunch, herbal tea, goodie bag.
