Three Pillars is designed for women in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The program equips you with the tools you need to succeed, including:*Crafting a resume that gets you noticed by hiring managers.
*Mastering interview skills through practice and immediate feedback.
*Job search tips, strategies and resources to help you find the perfect job.
*Learn to successfully navigate the workplace.
*Build confidence in yourself and your abilities and skills.
*Reflect on your past, step toward your future.
Invest a little time, and get results that last a lifetime.
This program fits your busy schedule! Sessions are:
3 weeks: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
3 hours each day: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
That's a total of 27 hours spread over 3 weeks!
What to Expect
Work with WEN staff and connect with other women, like you, who want to refocus on themselves, recommit to their goals and renew their passion, as they take the necessary steps to financial independence.
WEEK ONE: Use this time to refocus on you, by reflecting on how you arrived to today and what you'd like to change moving forward.
WEEK TWO: Turn the lessons learned from your past into fuel, as you recommit to setting goals that will help you define your own success.
WEEK THREE: Take the next step towards your future, now that you are equipped with your new toolkit and a renewed passion for professional growth.
