Workshop I — Journey to the Lower WorldShamanic Tiger Qigong

Descend into the fertile, grounding realms of the Lower World, where the heartbeat of the Earth reverberates through every root, stone, and stream. Here, you will encounter your Personal Eden - a sanctuary of nourishment, protection, and unconditional love. Guided through a shamanic journey, you will meet a power animal ally, offering strength, guidance, and ancestral wisdom.This passage is deepened through Shamanic Tiger Qigong, a Taoist art once cultivated in the caves of Emei Mountain. The Tiger - totem of power, guardian of the West, and emissary of Earth and Metal - awakens your primal strength, instinctual knowing, and grounded presence. Through symbolic gestures, healing sounds, numerology, and ritual movement, you will reclaim your internal authority. The ceremony concludes with Kundalini Breath of Fire, fanning the inner flames at the base of the spine and activating your life-force, anchoring you into both body and Earth.
