Threads of Life - Journaling Workshop

A gentle creative workshop inviting participants to reflect on the memories, experiences and stories that shape our lives. Through simple craft and writing practices, we will explore the stories we carry, the traces a life leaves behind and what it means to remember, with space for gentle shared reflection.

No experience with art or writing is needed — just a willingness to explore.

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right for you.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.

Includes tea and biscuits, craft materials, paper and pens.

You’re welcome to bring your own journal if you wish.
