The award-winning Frost Chorale will present a concert of works from the Americas, and a preview of works from France and England for their upcoming European tour in May 2022. Drawing from Miami's vibrant musical culture, the program includes Venezuelan pieces by Grases and Torrealba, Cuban works including the world premiere of a new arrangement of the folk song El Manisero, pieces by Joel Thompson, Sarah Quartel, and Frost alum/Haitian composer Sydney Guillaume. Titled after a piece written by Dr. Quist and Frost alum Tim Brent, Threads of Joy will include something for every listener.
