Gallery Pradarshak, Mumbai, is set to host `Threading Boundaries,` a solo exhibition by artist Venus Sanghvi.

Featuring an evocative series of encaustic abstracts on wood, the exhibition explores the fluid intersections between time, language, and personal history. 

Venus Sanghvi’s artistic process is deeply immersive—each piece is meticulously built up in layers using encaustic techniques, wherein heated beeswax and pigments fuse to create richly textured surfaces. With methods like incising, stenciling, and burning, she inscribes hidden narratives into her works, blending abstraction with embedded scripts and symbols. Deeply influenced by cultural experiences and historical references, Sanghvi integrates spiritual elements like sindoor and abir into her pieces.
