Join us and help clean up the Thornton Park Neighborhood!--What? Picking up trash in Thornton Park (garbage, cigarette butts, unsightly branches/palm fronds, gum, rocks).
--When? Quarterly on a Saturday morning from 9-10am, meeting at Island Time (maybe have some beers/sodas afterwards!).
--Where? Streets, sidewalks, and the areas in between (verges/rights-of-way).
--Who? All of Thornton Park teaming up! (residents of the Neighborhood Association and merchants in the Main Street District).
--Why? Neighborhood beautification makes for happy residents and customers! Clean streets help storm drains and the environment.
This will be a fun opportunity to build relations between neighbors!
