On April 4th, Australian band Thornhill released their third studio album, titled BODIES, marking a substantial evolution in their musical style. In contrast to the more intricate sound of their previous album, Heroine, and their departure from the clinical metalcore sound of their debut album, The Dark Pool, BODIES has forged a distinctive sound of its own. The album features a diverse range of musical elements, including groovy riffs, intimate electronic beats, and powerful gritty breakdowns. Thornhill characterizes this album as a “sonic mood board,” describing it as a “collection of feelings and vibes” that effectively encapsulates their current musical vision with their most ambitious work to date.

OCEAN GROVE
Ocean Grove are the enigma of the heavy music world, blending elements of nu-metal, hardcore and alternative rock to craft a sound that is uniquely their own; Oddworld Music. An eclectic trio of misfits spawning from Melbourne, Australia, Ocean Grove are newly signed to Sharptone Records (US) and have risen to prominence in recent years with their dynamic and genre defying approach to music.
