Join the new head of the TCI Culinary Program Chef Tawfik Shehata with Chef Keith Hoare, and some great guest Chefs for a fantastic day of divine soups! Sample 15 soups and take a 750ml container of your favorite home with you! We'll also be a hosting a used cook book & TCI preserves sale! Guest Chefs include the Culinary Federation of Canada Chefs (Toronto Branch), Ted Reader, John Placko, Murali Thamba, John MacKinnon, Yovan Zlicic, with more to be announced in the coming days!
