This August, THIS! brings together two distinct experiences under one roof at Monkey Loft.

On the rooftop deck, we're honored to welcome Iz & Diz (Chicago)—one of the most respected duos in underground house music. With decades of influence behind them, Iz & Diz have built a reputation for deep, soulful selections and unforgettable dancefloor moments. Their sets are rooted in Chicago's rich house tradition while always looking forward, making this a rare opportunity to catch true legends in an intimate setting.

Joining them is a special back-to-back set from Carlos Sanchez and Jon Lemmon, two longtime friends and selectors whose shared passion for deep, groove-driven house music always shines through behind the decks. Adding another dimension to the evening, Louise Hale will join them with live vocals and spoken word, creating a unique performance that blends music, poetry, and improvisation.

Inside the Loft, we're taking it back to the roots with an all-vinyl soundtrack from open to close. Expect disco, house, boogie, rare grooves, and everything in between from Théque Support, the pairing of Matty Jaydee and Moonlighter (aka Hot N' Spicy Disco). We're also excited to welcome Andy Taylor for his Monkey Loft debut, alongside resident favorite Emily Song, who rounds out a night dedicated to warm sounds, deep cuts, and impeccable selections.
