A través de un menú degustación de 5 bocados experimentales, exploramos nuevas formas de compartir alrededor del rey de la temporada: el calçot.
Más que reproducir la tradición, la atravesamos desde otro prisma, transformando un ritual colectivo en una experiencia viva y en evolución.

This event marks the first food-centered edition hosted by La Cristalería.
La Cristalería is a creative studio creating culturally grounded experiences through research, visual language, and materiality. Drawing from history, heritage, and tradition, we work across physical and digital media to reinterpret cultural narratives through contemporary lenses. Our practice focuses on how people feel, engage, and connect, creating experiences that link past, present, and future in meaningful, interdependent ways.
Pippa is a designer with a background in architecture and material design, working at the intersection of space, texture, and experience. While her foundation lies in interior environments, her practice has evolved to embrace food as a living, sensory medium.
Based in Barcelona, she hosts intimate food events and pop-ups that explore storytelling through flavour, materiality, and atmosphere. For Pippa, food is not separate from design it is design, a way of shaping memory, connection, and place.
