Forward Cities' E3 Durham program hosts Third Thursdays each month to bring Durham-based founders and small business owners together for practical learning, meaningful connection, and access to support across their entrepreneurial journey.

Whether you are shaping an idea, launching a new venture, growing an existing business, or navigating a pivot, our Third Thursday events offer a space to learn from peers, connect with local resources, and build relationships within the Durham small business ecosystem. Learn about practical tools, funding pathways, and local organizations that help Durham businesses move forward.

Third Thursdays is a free, monthly gathering open to everyone.

Forward Cities' E3 Durham program employs a community-centered model that reduces the cost of doing business for Durham entrepreneurs. Local Navigators — trusted advisors who have extensive relationships in the community — provide guidance to enrolled entrepreneurs at no-cost. The Third Thursdays convening series is a facet of the E3 Durham program and is open to everyone, whether or not you have enrolled in the E3 Durham program.
