Our next THIRD THURSDAY trip will be to the Gallery of Modern Art on Belford Road with painting workshop About the Exhibition:
Joan Eardley (1921–1963) is one of Scotland's most popular 20th century artists. Her powerful and expressive paintings transformed her everyday surroundings, including the rugged Scottish coastline and Glasgow's street children.
This trip is open all adults living in North Edinburgh Arts' local area

- 9:45AM - Meet at NEA to go by bus to Queensferry Road together
- OR: 10AM- Meet at bus stop opposite Morrisons on Pennywell Rd

The walk from Queensferry road through Dean Cemetery to the gallery is 15 minutes . Please get in touch if this is an issue and we'll arrange alternative transport
11:00 - 12:00 EXHIBITION
12:00 - 1:00 break in the lunch room at Modern 2
1:00 - 2:00 Creative workshop activity inspired by the painters work
2:00 /2:30 head back to NEA
