Join Shannon & Alyssa of Third Place for a guided 60-minute yoga sculpt flow designed to help you move, strengthen, sweat, and connect as a group. Expect energizing music, a feel-good workout, and that unbeatable post-class glow.
After class, stick around to hang out & grab a beer with us.
Each ticket includes entry into a raffle to win Moniker 6 pack craft beer (winner ticket will be randomly picked after class).
10% of ticket sales will be donated
What to bring:
• Your own yoga mat (BYOYM 😊)
• Water
• A small towel if you like to sweat
**This event will be held outside on a concrete ground - bring any additional supportive props. Blocks provided.
