Third Eye Theory exhibition

My mission is to remind us of our ability to turn pain into purpose and passion into action through self-love and authenticity. In 2010, I was deeply disconnected from myself. My mind, my heart and after a near death experience, my body were in a pool of confusion.

The shock of surviving this accident prompted me to realize what a gift it is to be alive, so I began to take an active role towards healing and self-discovery. On a road to recovery filled with tempting distractions, I needed faith to keep me grounded as I rediscovered who I was.. The religious scripture I had grown up with seemed to leave me floating in the wind so I went on a theological quest . On my search for deeper purpose, I stumbled into the world of astrology, quantum science, spirituality and The Dao. I found a place to root my faith. Astrology opened the door to rediscovering my true essence and became the foundation to healing and self knowledge. It is now deeply infused into my inspiration and artistic process.

I have been making art for as long as I can remember. It is simply a reflex that brings me such authentic joy. Combining color with human psychology, the archetypes and characters we uniquely choose to embody is a fascinating way to understand ourselves and others on a deeper level. As a 12 year practitioner and student of astrology, My intention is to remind us of our unique purpose through translating this astrological language passed down to us from our ancestors. Behind the door of vibrant visuals are tools to dive into our personal psychological healing journey. When we choose to discover our authentic light, we create a world of possibility for ourselves and each other to make the world a brighter place.
