Third Eye Chakra - Evening Retreat

Sound bath, guided meditation, mindfulness eating, community, & chakra opening activities. Amplify intuition, connection & awareness.

The senses will ignite upon arrival hearing the healing frequencies of the chakra-tuned quartz singing bowls. The body will settle into the sound, as we shift to gentle movement that is beneficial for all bodies. We will then invite mindfulness into the pallet with light healthy organic vegan gluten free snacks.

Enjoy guided meditation, and relaxation practices you can take home with you. Leave with heightened feelings of community-connection, self-love, and a strengthened intuition to continue along your wellness journey.

• 5:00 Arrival with Sound Bath
• 5:30 Meditation with Gentle Yoga & Somatic Movement
• 6:00 Healthy Snack with Mindfulness Meditation
• 6:30 Community Circle & Connection
• 7:00 Third Eye Chakra Activity
• 7:30 Closing Meditation with Sound Bath

WHAT TO BRING (optional):

• wear indigo athleisure attire
• journal, yoga mat, water bottle
• anything to add comfort for sound bath (pillow, cushion/blanket), crystals from home if you’d like to charge them in the frequencies

HOW TO PREP (suggested/optional):

• Hydrate early before, maybe cut back a couple hours before the event to not disrupt your experience.
• I encourage healthy food choices the night before and the day of the event.
• Please be comfortably full to have maximum comfort for the event.
