This worshop is designed to bring a more customized approach to asana. Yoga assisted asana is great for couples and great for Yoga instructors who would like to improve their private session knowldege and skill set. Yoga instructors will receive CE's for attendance. Thai Bodywork combines compression, acupressure, and passive stretching inducing rejuvenation and deep relaxation. The assisted asana increases the range of motion in your joints, relieves excess tension in your muscles, improves minor postural misalignments , as well as many other regenerative health benefits.
A partner is not required but would be helpful. Robb and I are willing to share and to support you either way. The price is per person.
