Third Coast Kettlebell - Session 1

Welcome to Third Coast Kettlebell - Session 1!

Join us for an exciting in-person kettlebell session at Sauganash Elementary School. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to be outside, work with the bell and most importantly HAVE FUN.

Coaches Dom and Nate will guide you through a series of exercises to help you build strength, improve endurance, and boost your overall fitness level.

Pre-workout checklist:

1. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early before class starts.
2. Bring a water bottle.
3. Feel free to bring your own kettlebell! The more, the merrier.
