5:00 PM - Depart for Fixins Soulfood Restaurant (Location: 222 N

5:15 PM - Eat, and Greet at Fixins (Pay for your own meal here)

7:00 PM - Depart for Greenwood Roof Deck and Rose Room (7 min walk from Fixins) (Location: 122 N Greenwood Avenue)

7:15 PM - Enjoy sports, light drinks, appetizers, desserts on the Greenwood Roof Deck and/or Rose Room while watching Tulsa Drillers baseball (https://www.milb.com/tulsa). Optional: You can purchase baseball lawn seat tickets for $10 and kids can play in the splash pad and other games inside the ballpark.

10:00 PM - Enjoy Fireworks at the Ballpark after the game

2024 Family Reunion Prices:

Age 0–5 yrs old = $ no charge.

Ages 6-12 yrs old = $35

Ages 13-17 yrs old = $50

Ages 18-20 yrs old = $60

Ages 21-64 = $100

Ages 65 - Up = $80

Money for the family reunion must be received no later than March 15, 2024. No exceptions. Please be advised that competent security personnel will be on duty to address any unforeseen issues. The price includes everything from the Sunday luncheon to the venue rental fee to a t-shirt, the appetizers at VIP events, appreciation awards, equipment costs, and security expenditures. On Thursday night, you are on your own for dinner at Fixins or wherever it is noted as optional. A meal at Fixins costs, on average, $35. Again, security is needed for our family reunion because Juneteenth attracts over 15,000 people annually in general, and we need protection to protect the area and special interests.
