Thinking on Your Feet in April

Can't see the wood for the trees? Feeling stuck on a problem? Overwhelmed by options? Lacking inspiration to overcome a challenge? Needing to explore your ideas? Wanting to find a clear way forward?

Join us for a mid-week, nature-inspired outdoor workshop delivered by experienced coach and facilitator, Lianne Mellor.

It's super common to find yourself in a mid-week slump, stuck at your desk, to-do list growing, priorities shifting, interruptions increasing, distractions distracting, thinking yourself in circles.

'Thinking on Your Feet' offers an informal, supportive, light-hearted environment to meet others, sort through your thoughts and guide someone else to do the same.

This isn't a networking event, in fact you'll be encouraged to keep your role and organisation confidential (unless you really want to share it) so you can talk freely about whatever you'd like to think through.

Each session will be different, but the below gives you an idea of how it will flow;

• Meeting up at the 'Grey to Green' outside Exchange Place Studios
• Warm welcome and group agreements shared
• Brief introduction to session and activity
• Pairing up with someone in the group
• A gently-paced, well-spaced stroll through the 'grey to green' whilst using the activity to guide your discussion
• Return to the meeting point to close the session and say our goodbyes
• Starting our day with renewed clarity, energy and connection!
