Meet in Conference Room 3 & 4 ThinkFirst and AdventHealth offer FREE fall prevention classes for adults and seniors. In this 3.5-hour presentation, you will learn from community experts about a variety of fall prevention topics such as home safety, safety in the community, talking with your
physician, nutrition, the significance of exercise, vision, and medications and falls.
Our instructors include: Prevention Specialist, Trauma
Service Staff, Physical Therapist, Eye Specialist,
Pharmacist, EMS Coordinator.
