Think Tank Thursdays is a quarterly evening of brainstorming, networking, and innovative thinking. The engaging and interactive sessions are designed to bring together creative minds from various backgrounds to learn, share, debate, and discuss a pre-selected topic.

The sessions will focus on topics relevant to small and medium-sized businesses, including nonprofit organizations. Think Tank Thursdays is perfect for connecting with like-minded individuals and unleashing your imagination.

WHAT: This session will explore these concepts through the lens of the Lifecycles Capacity Framework, providing a comprehensive understanding of how organizations can effectively prepare for and manage growth.

During this workshop, participants will:

• Learn how to evaluate their organization's readiness for growth, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Explore practical capacity-building strategies through strategic collaborations, asset and program transfers, and mergers.

WHY: The growth of an organization, regardless if it is two employees or 2000 employees, requires a thoughtful approach to HOW to grow. Understanding your organization's readiness to take on new work or transform into a new business model can be assessed using the Lifecycles Capacity Framework. Understanding organizational capacity can identify key areas that may need to be strengthened before you take on major projects or initiatives.
