This year’s Nutmeg's show is extra special for so many reasons… but at the heart of it all is the beautiful young woman on our poster (artwork lovingly designed by the brilliant Darlene Kassa!)
Kelly faced her triple negative breast cancer diagnosis at just 22 years old with grace, determination, and awe-inspiring strength. Our real-life Elle Woods—but better. 🩷💪🏽
There is no better role model for our dancers—and no more meaningful reason to celebrate, to move, and to dance.
This year’s show is inspired by and dedicated to Kelly, along with two additional incredible women in our Nutmeg’s family—Sophia Lindsay and Chelsea Norrie —who have navigated, and are navigating, this journey. We dance for them all! 💛
Join us for a show set to music by and about strong women—brought to life by the next generation of them (and some really cool dudes, too 😉)
We’ll also be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation in their honor—supporting an organization that showed up when the women we love needed it most.
