This is a great opportunity to network, collaborate, and capture amazing shots together. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, all levels of experience are welcome. About Location: The studio is located in the Hide House Creative buildings. There are 2 buildings, we are the one across the street from the main building that sits right next to the parking lot. Park on the street or in the parking lot. The entrance is the door that is located under the bridge walk way that connects both buildings. Follow the stairs up to the 3rd floor. Once you enter the hall, the bathrooms will be on your right. Keep going straight until the old style elevator is on your left. Go right by the elevator and enter studio #315.

If you are unable to take the stairs, please contact event host about accessibility.

Expectations:

Respect each other in the studio as well as other people in the building. We understand that we are all adults and will not tolerate unnecessary rudeness or drama, but will hold each other accountable if someone is not meeting expectations and standards.

Policy for Participants:

• The photographer and the model agree that the photographer is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the event.
• Models have the right to refuse any pose or situation that makes them uncomfortable.
• Models may use the bathroom to change outfits.
• The model agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss and hacking.
• The model agrees to hold the photographer harmless for any personal injury which may occur as the model poses or works with the photographer.
• The photographer will strive to present photos in a workmanlike manner but is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences of the model.

• Any models participating in this event grants permission any photographer and their assigns, licensees, and sublicensees, permission to use the model's image or likeness in any and all forms of media for commercial purposes, advertising, trade, personal use, or any and all other uses. Therefore, photographers may use the model's likeness and image on the photographers website or other advertising. The photographers may sell photos containing model's likeness to third parties.
• Photographers are expected to coorindate with models on how they will be receiving their images.
• The host is not liable for any stolen, misplaced or broken/ damaged property that is brought in by any person.
• This is a public event for adults 18+; no background checks will be ran on participants. A valid ID for proof of age should be brought.
