Nacogdoches Life Coach for Kids and Teens, Michelle Cox, and NHS Dragons Varsity Player, Ben Cox, team up to give basketball athletes, ages 9-14, top tips on handling mistakes, as well as basketballs!
Dribble, shoot, score with Varsity player-led drills and scrimmages. Learn how to build and maintain a winner's mindset!
Coach Michelle will guide boys and girls through three mindset skills: managing stress, bouncing back from failure and losing, and good sportsmanship within a team.
Assistant Coach Ben will lead drills, ball handling skills and scrimmages.
Drink and snack included.
