Think AFRO is more than a networking event. It’s a space to build, share, and grow together. Rooted in the mission of Afro HRS, this pop-up gathering continues our commitment to boosting our community one connection at a time by being both a platform and a space for collaboration.

Join us for an evening of conversation, culture, and connection with Afrobeats music, light refreshments, a curated mix of local vendors, networking bingo, icebreakers, and raffles.

Afro HRS
A cultural event series celebrating African roots and creativity through music, community, and collaboration, highlighting Black-owned venues, small businesses, and local artists across the Greater Hartford area and beyond.

This edition of think AFRO is held at the NHCD Hub inside The Artists Collective building. NHCD is a central hub for community engagement, cultural convenings + programming, and creative collaboration in North Hartford.

The NHCD Hub provides:

• A space for networking, learning, and collaboration
• Opportunities to meet members, ask questions, and explore partnerships
• A platform for workshops, pop-ups, and community gatherings
