Things That Matter: VAC Opportunity Center — Together We Rise
Join us for an upcoming Things That Matter speaker series presentation featuring the VAC Opportunity Campus. Executive Director Ed Stansberry and Shelter Director Jessica McNear will share an overview of the new campus facilities, programs, and supportive services being developed to serve individuals experiencing homelessness and others in need throughout our community.
The presentation will highlight how the Opportunity Campus will bring essential resources together in one location, strengthen collaboration among service providers and community nonprofits, and create more coordinated pathways toward stability, safety, and long-term support.
Things That Matter is a free, conversational-style speaker series presented by the Boone County History & Culture Center. Designed to spark meaningful conversations, the series features real people sharing stories that connect us to our community’s past and present.
