Things I Tell You invites you to step into The Understory, an immersive installation where the boundaries between nature, sound, and light dissolve. Experience ambient music interwoven with nature's rhythms, mesmerizing visual projections by David Carney, and dynamic, evocative lighting that transforms the space into a living, breathing work of art.
The music, a unique fusion of plant-generated energy and modern electronics, echoes the pulse of the natural world. Each note resonates with the environment, creating a symphony that bridges the organic and digital, drawing you deeper into the interconnectedness of all living things.
This will be a recreation and reimagination of our Omaha Entertainment and Arts award nominated installation.
For the night, there will be lounge area in the Pod, where you are free to make yourself comfortable, and let the sound wash around you. On the performance side there will be seating and standing room available. There will also be non alcoholic drinks available for purchase. The performance lasts from 7-10pm and you can stay for as little or as much as you would like.
This event will be free with a suggested donation of $5-10, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. This event will not be suitable for children under 16.
