THEY COME TOGETHER - INDIGENOUS DIGITAL ART EXHIBITION 🌱This exhibition brings together artists from across Treaty 7 who all share practices rooted in tradition, cultural identity, and connectedness to the land. The Indigenous Digital Art & Illustration program started in 2023 to showcase digital work being created by Indigenous artists.
A cultural memory contains origins, histories, and events that are tied directly to the land. These artists together offer a narrative of cultural history. From the great flood, to Natosi & Kokimiikisom, these beings have witnessed all and to the present where identity is rooted through culture and to the future, this is expressed through the strength and diversity of these artists visions.
