About this Event
Join us for a night of learning about healthcare data safety, cybersecurity, and incident response. The event is co-hosted by the Greater Chicago Chapter of HIMSS and the DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media, and will feature a panel discussion where attendees will be walked through how different organizations respond to an attack on PHI. Attendees will also experience networking opportunities to expand their connections in the field. Catering will be provided for all attendees.
The event will take place at the DePaul Center, specifically at the DePaul Center North Café, located at 1 E. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60604, 11th Floor.

- Special Agent Matthew Osegard, leads an FBI cyber investigative squad and task force in Chicagoland
- Consultant from Trustwave (TBD), a computer security service company located in Chicago
- Eric Chan-Tin, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago
