THERE{4} Gathering

THERE{4} is a 2-day teen conference. Our next event will be held February 14-15, 2025 in Fort Worth, TX. THERE{4} is passionate about evangelizing, equipping and encouraging the next generation of young women to truly make a difference with their lives.

Who can attend? THERE{4} is for high school girls (8th-12th grade). Girls may attend alone, with a friend, a mentor, a mom or their youth group. We encourage youth leaders to bring a group of girls and use this as a special getaway. Accommodations are not included in the event cost; however, we encourage groups to make the most of this weekend by arranging their stay in a hotel or a local home on Friday night.

What time is the gathering? Our event runs Friday 7:00-10:00pm. Check-in begins at 5:30pm with doors opening at 6:15pm. Saturday times are 9am-4:00pm with doors opening at 8:30am.

Where is this being held? This year's event will be held at Central Bible Church in Ft. Worth, TX 8001 Anderson Blvd. Ft. Worth, TX 76120

Will there be food? Please eat dinner before you come Friday. Within a 1-mile radius of T{4} is a McDonalds, Taco Bell, Whataburger, Panda Express, Chicken Express, Wendy's and more.... Lunch is included with your registration during Saturday's session. Our lunch is not allergy friendly, so if you have food allergies, please plan to bring your own meal.

What should I wear? Come comfortable. Lunch is served outdoors on Saturday, so please dress accordingly.

What are my parking options at the event? There will be plenty of parking available around the facility. All parking is free.

Do I need money? You'll probably want to bring money for things such as: awesome THERE{4} merch, vendor items, and a special missional give-back opportunity.

Can I purchase reserved seats? We do offer limited VIP seating where you will be guaranteed a seat in the first 5 rows. All other seating is on a first come, first served basis.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Tickets are emailed to you immediately after your order has been processed. (Be sure and check your spam folder). You can print this ticket and bring it, or you can download the Eventbrite App and access your tickets on your phone. If for some reason you haven't received your confirmation email after 24 hours, please click "Contact the Organizer" at the bottom of this page and we will look into this for you.

I'm from out of town, where can I stay? There are many great local hotels to choose from. Some that have worked well in the past have been:

What is the refund policy? We can't imagine any girl missing this great event. If you discover that you cannot attend, give your ticket to a friend. No refunds are available for this gathering, but all tickets are transferrable.
