About this Event
Event Photos

Therapy Is Not A Dirty Word Salons are a fun way to come together as a community and rewrite the narrative on what mental health and therapy are really all about.

In honor of BIPOC Mental Health Awareness month we are thrilled to have two special guests joining the conversation as we explore the importance of telling our stories, owning all the layers of our identity, and finding ways to care for ourselves in the process.

Storytellers who have each charted their own paths to inspire others through their stories of multicultural identities, Robert Young and Chloe Louvouezo will join hosts Esther Boykin and Erica Turner for an interactive discussion open to all.

Open to anyone who is curious about what we do, what we know, and how we help - Therapy Is Not A Dirty Word Salons are all about honest conversation and getting to know new people.

Join us for sips, snacks, and deep conversation. We are thrilled to the beauty and comfort of the new Living Room at our event partner The Twelve DC. Stop by early to shop the carefully curated Shop, check out the art on exhibit, and get yourself a drink and snack from this month’s salon sponsors.
