Therapy in Every Form Festival

This experience is for those who are ready to explore healing in forms that don’t require a couch or clinical setting. Throughout the day, guests will move through therapies that support the mind, body, and soul: sound bowls for nervous system regulation, tai chi for balance and flow, yoga for grounding, and art and movement for expression. Our featured experience blends performance and healing to show how self-awareness and creativity work together.

We will also host an all-day Tea Lounge with light refreshments and life resources for topics such as housing, parenting, grief, sexual health, and more. This event is for those who want to feel seen, supported, inspired, and connected while learning tools for the journey of becoming.
