Therapy group for new Mums

Starting in mid-September, we will be hosting weekly 2-hour group sessions at The LifeCare Centre in Stockbridge. Sessions will run for 10 weeks in total, on Friday mornings from 10:30am - 12:30pm (with a one-week break for the October holiday).

Led by a team of experienced therapists, these sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals to share, reflect, and explore both personal and collective experiences. Together, we aim to foster healing, connection, and a sense of community.

This group is for new mums, with the opportunity to bring babies along if you need to, provided they are not yet “on the move”.

The space will be set up to accommodate you and them. We want to make our sessions as accessible as possible and will be offering accessibility support for those who require it.

The event is free to all attendees. However, if you feel you can afford it, we would greatly appreciate a small donation of up to £25 for the 10-week programme to cover the cost of refreshments. If you can't afford it, you are welcome to attend for free and enjoy the tea and biscuits!
