Welcome to our Therapeutic Sound Bath series, drawing inspiration from the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine! ?We're excited to offer four unique sessions, each tailored to address specific wellness concerns and promote holistic healing in alignment with the principles of Chinese medicine. Participants have the flexibility to sign up for one or more sessions based on their individual needs and interests. Save the dates: April 28, May 5, May 12, and May 26.

Here's a glimpse of what each session entails:

Sundays of :

- April 28:Enhancing Sleep Quality

- May 5:Alleviating Back Pain

- May 12:Relieving Shoulder and Neck Tension

- May 26:Managing Stress and Anxiety

All sesssions will be hosted from 4:30pm-6:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first session to fill paperwork.

During each 90-minute session, immerse yourself in the therapeutic benefits of sound bath and chanting led by Jinjin and Yolanda, complemented by acupuncture treatments by experienced practitioners like Dr. Bob Monroe. Participants in our sessions not only experience the benefits of sound bath therapy but also receive the therapeutic advantages of acupuncture, fostering a comprehensive approach to healing and well-being.

We provide a limited capacity of 15 beds for participants who prefer to lay down during the experience, as well as 8 meditation futons for those who prefer to sit during the session.

The session fee for laying down on our beds is $55 + GST per session, which includes your choice of massage or acupuncture treatment. Save when you purchase all four sessions together for $200 + GST in total. Alternatively, you can opt for the sitting experience without massage or acupuncture treatment for $30 per session. Please choose the tickets carefully based on your preference.

As an added bonus, each session pass includes a complimentary one-on-one consultation onsite (appointment booking required with the clinic).
