Welcome to Therapists on Fire: Igniting Resilience in a World of Chaos! Join us for a supportive event at Tous Les Jours Bakery Cafe where therapists will be given time and space to process their own "stuff" that's been coming up from these divisive political times. We'll talk all things politics, resources, self-care, and community-care.

This event is designed for therapists & healers who are feeling the weight of the world on their shoulders. In these chaotic times, it’s easy for mental health professionals to become overwhelmed by the challenges of their own emotional well-being while still carrying the emotional load of others. The goal of this event is to make space for our own "stuff", ignite resilience, strengthen self-care practices, and foster a supportive community of therapists who understand the unique stressors of the profession. Through journaling prompts and group discussion, therapists will reconnect with their inner strength, gain fresh perspectives, and learn new tools for navigating these turbulent times.
