This class is for children ages 5 & up. This class is a collaboration between our yoga instructor and occupational therapist. Your child is introduced to yoga and its therapeutic benefits. Yoga helps kids with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, concentration & memory, awareness & mindfulness, strength & flexibility, balance & discipline! This group is best for school-age children around the age of 5 & up who are able to follow directions to participate in a small group setting with little assistance.
