In this workshop, we’ll explore emotional balance, supporting those experiencing the effects of anxiety and depression. The workshop includes discussion, breathwork, gentle movement, restorative shapes, and resources to construct your own practice at home. The session will close with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative guided rest that integrates the benefits of the practice. Accessible to all levels, this workshop offers tools and guidance to help you create balance and support healing from within.
