This gentle therapeutic yoga class offers a nurturing blend of mindfulness, breath-work, slow movement, and healing touch. Together, we create a supportive group environment where you can find ease, comfort, and moments of deep relaxation. All postures will be adapted to meet your individual needs, and no prior yoga experience is required.This free class is open to anyone living with cancer as well as cancer survivors. All are welcome.
