Reminder that regular yoga classes are off from Tuesday this week as I'm on holiday but will be back teaching on Wednesday the 24th of April and I'm sharing this special event on Sunday the 5th of May at the Hatton of Fintray hall as part of Grampian Wellbeing Festival. Booking is essential for this event as spaces are limited. Please feel free to reach out if you have any queries about yin yoga. Please note this session is not suitable for pregnant ladies.
