Join us for our weekly Therapeutic Recreation Fun & Fitness Classes!
Every Tuesday and Thursday at the Girard Park Recreation Center Cypress Room, we participate in adaptive exercise routines to improve flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone.
Arrive early to join our Pond Pacers meet at 9:30, and enjoy a walk around the pond at your own pace before Fun & Fitness begins! If inclement weather, we walk the gym.
This event is free and open to adults.
