Layla Noland, LAC and Stefanny Balestracci, MA LPC of @thehealingeffectcounselingservices are facilitating an hour group session around negative core beliefs and self defeating thoughts that hold us back. They will be leading clients to smash items that reflect those beliefs in the smash room. The session will involve preparation time, empowerment to smash with purpose, processing and relaxation exercise.
