Therapeutic 'Forest School for Grown-Ups' in Runcorn, Cheshire

This event mixes up all the good stuff from a Forest Bathing session with some creative and practical 'Forest School' type activities that us adults love but don't often get the chance to take part in.

So you'll get the chance to slow down, connect with nature and immerse your senses in the woodland environment. And you'll get to express your creative side with some woodland crafts as well as checking in with your inner caveperson with some knife skills and fire lighting. Pay as you like structure: At checkout, you choose what amount to put in. For this event, I suggest low income/unwaged £7, if you're doing ok financially £18, if you're feeling flush and want to help subsidise those on low incomes, £24.
