Join Beth Rad (she/her) from Tide Mill Therapy and Consulting and Tayla Reynolds (she/her) from Rise Counselling and Social Work for relaxed introspective Doodling Workshop focusing on practicing self compassion.Therapeutic doodling workshops include prompts and guidance to support self-observation and exploration. You’ll be invited to notice thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they arise through simple creative practice. The focus is not on producing artwork, but on using lines, shapes, and colour as a way to pause, notice, process and reflect.
These workshops are suitable for adults who are looking for a calm, reflective experience. No artistic experience is required — just a willingness to be curious and see where it takes you.
These workshops are not a replacement for therapy and are offered as a reflective experience.
What to expect:
- A relaxed introspective experience within a small group environment.
- Space to slow down and step away from everyday demands.
- Gentle prompts and questions to support meaningful reflection.
- Thoughtfully chosen music to support immersion in the process.
- A simple, accessible practice you can continue using beyond the workshop.

- Encourages greater connection with your body and intuition.
- Helps reduce stress and mental overload.

Materials:
Some materials will be provided but please bring any pens, pencils, watercolours, acrylic paints, or fine-liners you already have at home. Nothing fancy is required.
