Description: Therapeutic Creative Writing: Did you know that your words have power and that they are even stronger when you write them down?! Join The Human Race Theatre Company for a crash course in written therapy! This is a one-hour introduction to therapeutic writing and its benefits for both mental and physical health. We will use writing as a transformative tool in our search for wholeness and wellbeing by allowing our emotions to bleed on paper.
