Join us for an intimate and rejuvenating experience designed for deep relaxation and inner peace. This is a very special sound bath because Tibetan singing bowls will be placed on your body to help release tension and create a deep calm.

Begin your journey with Joseph Ilustrisimo, who will guide you through therapeutic breathwork to promote relaxation of the mind and body. Following the breathwork, Erica Nguyen will lead a therapeutic sound bath, using a gong and singing bowls to wrap you in blissful tones, creating a tranquil environment for healing and restoration.

This event is limited to 12 people to ensure a personalized experience. After the sound bath, enjoy tea and treats as we gather for a relaxed connection time, allowing you to ground and share in a peaceful atmosphere.
