Talking about mental health can be hard when you don’t quite have the right words to explain how you’re feeling.
As part of our Information Literacy Programme we’ve partnered with NHS Camden and Islington Talking Therapies to give practical guidance on how to take care of yourself, from spotting early warning signs, to processing thoughts and emotions in creative ways.
Combining therapeutic arts practice with insights into treatment plans on offer with the service, we'll mythbust some misconceptions about talking therapies and mental health and wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly space.
