Autumn Ember Soul Spark Tin

The first of 4 Autumn Therapeutic Art Workshops at Biorhythm!

Led by Artist Emily Joseph, BFA, LMT

A seasonal workshop merging imagery, texture, color, scent, symbolism and intention with collage and candlelight for a unique Autumn keepsake.

We begin by gathering in the meditation room, listening to the folklore of La Loba- the wolf woman who rekindles what has been lost. Through gentle meditation, we'll reflect on themes of renewal, resilience, and the quiet ember that lives within us, as well as the symbols of Acorn, Squirrel, Tree and Pinecone.*Please bring a journal and pen.

From this grounding, participants will be guided to create their own Autumn Ember tin. Using limitless combinations of textures, colors, symbols, scents and components, no two tins are ever alike! Each becomes a personal keepsake- part artwork, part Soul reflection, carrying our stories forward in a tangible way.
